उत्तर 3.
(i) चैक का रेखांकन जब चेक को सुरक्षित बनाने के उद्देश्य से इसके मुख्य पृष्ठ पर दो समानान्तर तिरछी रेखाएँ खींच दी जाती हैं, तो इसे चैक का रेखांकन करना कहा जाता है। चैक के रेखांकन के उद्देश्य चैक के दो उद्देश्य निम्नलिखित हैं

1. रेखांकन से भुगतान सुरक्षित रूप से किया जा सकता है।
2. रेखांकित चैक को भुगतान का पक्का प्रमाण माना जाता है।

(ii) विनिमय-विपत्र का नमूना

(iii) लाभ-हानि खाते के डेबिट पक्ष में लिखी जाने वाली दो मदें निम्नलिखित हैं1. वेतन कार्यालय में काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों के वेतन का लेखा लाभ-हानि खाते के डेबिट (ऋणी) पक्ष में लिखा जाता है। 2. विज्ञापन व्यय व्यापार के विक्रय की वृद्धि करने व व्यवसाय के विस्तार | हेतु किए गए विज्ञापन व्ययों को लाभ-हानि खाते के डेबिट (ऋणी) पक्ष में लिखा जाता है।

(iv) डॉ. गणतन्त्र कुमार गुप्ता के अनुसार, “हुण्डी भारतीय भाषा में लिखा गया एक साख-पत्र होता है, जिसमें लिखने वाला किसी निश्चित व्यक्ति को आदेश देता है कि वह उसमें लिखित धनराशि का भुगतान स्वयं को या किसी आदेशित व्यक्ति को या उनके आदेशानुसार धारक को कर दे।” हुण्डी की दो विशेषताएँ निम्नलिखित हैं

1. निश्चित संख्या प्रत्येक हुण्डी में एक निश्चित संख्या अंकित की जाती | है, जो इसके ऊपर बाईं ओर लिखी जाती है।
2. लेखक के हस्ताक्षर इसके अन्त में दाईं ओर लेखक के हस्ताक्षर होते हैं।

(v) चीन और जापान के मध्य किए जाने वाले व्यापार को विदेशी व्यापार के नाम से जाना जाता है। परिभाषा दो अलग-अलग देशों के मध्य किया जाने वाला व्यापार विदेशी व्यापार कहलाता है।

(vi) प्रो. टॉजिंग के अनुसार, “समाशोधन-गृह (Clearing House) किसी एक स्थान के बैंकों का ऐसा सामान्य संगठन है, जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य बैंकों द्वारा निर्मित परस्पर दायित्व का चैकों द्वारा निपटारा या भुगतान करना होता है।”
